This is Kelly, my Cello

I forgot to bring my camera along for the ride to string lessons. We drive over the river and past downtown. I think you're catching my drift of disappointment. Yes, I saw cranes, but poor old me didn't have any camera to capture their beauty with. We also went home a different way than usual, and that brought more views of cranes. Through all that I have learned a small lesson: Bring your camera to string lessons next week. A humorous thing happened at my lessons today though. Josh was showing me how he wanted a certain part of a song to sound. Right after he had removed his bow from the strings they were ringing (as strings do). To which he responded with a "shh. -to me- She likes to ring." I thought that was funny. His cello is a she, and she has a character. I hope you've enjoyed this episode of "My Life".
